VCS First Grade

The Christmas Concert is on Tuesday, December 15th. The students need to be in the Grade 1 classroom at 6:30 pm. They can wear blue jeans or black pants with a white dress shirt. The program begins at 7:00 pm.

Time Test Friday, Dec. 4. Students need to know and understand hour, quarter past, half hour and quarter to.

Spelling Test Fri., Nov. 20th. The test will include 10 random words from the 5 previous lessons.

Subtraction Test Tuesday, November 17th. Equations are using number facts no larger than 12 such as 12-8 or 10-2. The students are allowed to use manipulatives to help them count.

Monday, November 23 in the afternoon. Return form and $10 to school. Bring comfortable clothing!

Wednesday, November 18th in the afternoon. Return signed sheet and $2 to school.
